This was actually my first service with Honda as I bought my car in August. I was very happy with my service visit with Ashton as he was kind, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns about my vehicle! The greeting was great, communication spectacular, clean waiting room, extended customer hours and friendly smiles was worth the trip to this dealer. I actually drove about 30 minutes from my house after having a having a bad experience with the Tempe Honda location which is 2 miles from my house. The buying experience at Autonation Honda was actually a great one. I had a great salesman, (Monti in internet sales) and I never felt pressured. I appreciate that they gave me an out the door price and didn't try to tack on a bunch of junk fees. I have bought 2 cars from Autonation and Monti and both times was a good experience. Edit 2022*: The service manager reached out to me regarding my negative experience and promised to take care of me personally. Will await the next trip to see if they can win me back which I'm hopeful after the positive conversation I had with the manager. Edit 2022: After a few years and after several amazing staff like my service advisor have left, Autonation Honda Chandler isn't a dealer I would recommend. They don't have enough staff to book and work on cars in a timely manner, you can't actually get them on the phone to ask questions or make an appointment, most of their service staff are unprofessional and immature and the dealership is gross compared to their competitors. The express waiting area is akin to dentist office in Tiajuana. While they did fix and service my vehicle this last time, I will be looking for another dealership in the future I think. It's a shame too, they really seemed to care about me and my car before and in the last year I dread taking it in. If I could only work with the service manager then I would consider coming back because having a 19 hot shot with zero respect for the customer working on a rare limited car is unacceptable. Just took my 2017 Civic Type R in for it's routine maintenance and Keith at the service department was fantastic! He engages in conversation, remembers what I've been up to and wants updates and most importantly takes care of my car with the best attitude and expert knowledge!

Just wasted an hour of the Suns playoff game thinking we were just waiting to sign paperwork and leave with our new car. After an hour, we were told the price we were given in person earlier in the day and over the phone prior to arriving was no longer valid because a “different manager” couldn’t approve it, so it would be $2500 more. Was also offered $5k less for my trade in than the suggested KBB trade in value. There’s a reason we have bought our last 2 vehicles online and we will continue to do so.

Ansul is one of the best salesperson I have came across in Honda dealership. I am buying my 3rd Honda Pilot today. I have purchased previous pilots from other local dealerships. Ansul has been very efficient, professional, and confident as a salesperson. The receptionist, Temperence, in the front has been very kind and caring. Went for an oil change but needed to wait 2 hours. Also, I inquired about a clock software glitch whereby the clock time cannot be set. The advisor insisted it would require $150 diagnostic from a tech. It is well known on Honda forums this a DST Honda issue on some models so why would I need to pay for a diagnosis? Slow and rookie experience this visit.

You know the true level of service commitment a dealer has when you are towed to it in a time of crisis (after a tire blow-out on the highway that could have been really bad). The service department treated me with understanding and empathy and prioritized my unscheduled repair. I will definitely consider buying a vehicle in the future even though I do not live close to it.

If I could lower this to 0 stars I would, having my car serviced here was an absolute nightmare. I brought my car in for extended warranty work on paint. It has been my experience that Honda paint is notoriously troublesome. Both of my Hondas that I have owned have had paint problems. Luckily, Honda was willing to fix their poor product this time, however the process was lengthy, with zero follow up and zero quality control. The Honda dealership had my car for over a month. Two weeks into the process I was told that my car was all ready to go, only to show up to the dealership and one of the spots that I had noted in my initial visit, wasn't event touched. To fix the problem they had to send it back to the bodyshop, where it sat for another two weeks. It wasn't until I personally called the bodyshop that my car was finally found and returned to the dealership. After inspecting my exterior I was satisfied that the paint issue had been resolved, however when I got home, I found that the rear passenger side door handle had been broken in the process and they had replaced it with a new one, they left the old broken one in my back seat. I was never notified of this, and it’s evident that my car was not inspected after it was returned from the body shop. Repair issues aside, Additional frustration came from the beginning of the process. When I brought my car in initially, I was told they would need to photograph the paint issues and submit them for approval, once approved they could start work on my car. When I called later that afternoon to find out the status, I was told by the service advisor that my car had been sent to the bodyshop and they had already started working on it, but it would only take a couple of days. When I asked about a loaner car I was told I would not receive one, and that “none were available for me.” I had to fight to get one and I am glad I did otherwise I would have been without a car for an entire month. Additionally what I believe is the partial reason I actually received a loaner car is because I am 7 months pregnant and my father had to call the dealership after I was denied and explain the importance of why I could not be without a vehicle, and he was able to receive a different answer from them, magically they now had a car that I could use. The lack customer service and follow up of this service department is absolutely absurd, I will definitely think twice before I ever take my car here again or even if I ever purchase a Honda again.

They found the problem with the failed condenser. The set expectations with me and even took extra steps to figure out that there was an extended warranty on the part. This a review of only my most recent experience and not my view of every experience with this dealership. I never leave reviews but felt Autonation can and should do better. Originally service advisor told me I was going to be there 1.5 hours for checking out my starter which was acting up. He told me to come back in a couple weeks when they had some of their their loaner fleet return and they could check the crank after it had sat overnight. The starter then actually died during the inspection. The service advisor told me the replacement for the starter was going to be a choice between ~$800 for one option to ~$1200 for the other. I was taken back because that's $120 part. Of course they upcharge, but felt better about the price that it also included the service charges. He said it was going to be another 5 hours and unfortunately their shuttle driver didn't show up. I couldn't get someone to pick me up so spent the whole day sitting uncomfortably on my phone until the battery was at 16%. My head hurt for looking at a screen so long and I was getting very antsy but tried to just be quiet and patient. Customers came and went and the service advisors of those other customers were saying "sorry to keep you waiting, we're comping the oil change". Thought my patience would be appreciated and rewarded, but nothing for me. I was irritated that they didn't offer me a Lyft or Uber home while I was waiting so I could have been more productive and comfortable on my weekend nor that they didn't offer me something like they were doing for the other customers. It also wasn't great that seeing my bill for replacing my starter was still over $850 with the service coupon I had. I felt like I should have been taken care of better for having to wait that long in their lounge because I couldn't get anything else accomplished that day. Whether or not shuttle drivers show up, they should make sure the people waiting in the lobby are doing okay and ask if they need to be taken home while they wait for the service to complete. I was there from 9:40 to 3:30 ish.

This young gentleman went above & beyond the call of duty re: providing me with the big-picture explanation of what maintenance my vehicle would undergo, but also, providing some personal favors to me having to do with interior care of my leather seating, & ding repair. Lastly, Dylan went beyond the capability of the dealership to provide me with transportation to & from the dealership to my home & back later in the day. This, when the service is down to one shuttle driver. Kudos to Tim & Elijah, as well, who jointly carried out the shuttle service. Dylan M. is the epitome of fine service that motivates loyalty, & the ultimate appreciation in customers who long for the good old days of "fine customer service." Service Advisor was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. However, I had bring my vehicle to get repaired elsewhere. Honda’s repair prices are astronomical- 25% higher than all 3 of the other repair shops that I shopped, who by the way, will be using OEM parts and a certified technician to repair my vehicle. 25% may not sound like a lot- consider that 25% of my $2,000 repair bill is $500. Honda needs to stop price-gauging service customers. Their technicians aren’t “the best around” and their parts are readily available, as they are mass-produced. I appreciate the service advisor being so professional and courteous. It’s not his fault that his employer price-gauges.

Update April 27, 2022: I'm happy to say that Honda has earned their star back for service this time. My service manager David was awesome. He was attentive, honest, professional, and friendly. He gave me a quote on new tires that was fair and the tires he recommended seemed to be honest and a good balance between price and performance. He even took the time to look up my past record on some things they found during the service this time. I'm coming back! Update July 9, 2021: Unfortunately, I'm removing one star after my latest service appointment experience. First, they had no indication that their shuttle service was unavailable. It's not noted on their website nor is there any visible signage on the property. I was discussing with the service manager on whether to wait or take that shuttle during the regular service and he never said one word about the shuttle being unavailable. I was not informed that I needed to find my own ride until I needed to leave my car overnight for major repairs. It's not a big deal but it would have been nice to know upfront to be prepared. I felt somewhat stranded but thank goodness there's Uber/Lyft, although it was an expense I did not anticipate. I left feedback about this but never heard back. Second, I noted to the service advisor that I've been getting errors on my dash about my blind spot monitors, which was not showing on the dash at the moment. He said they would check the battery and they did and the battery passed. However, my car was returned to me with the blind spot error code showing on the dash - it's odd that my car would be returned to me in that state from a service department. Third, my original service advisor was out the next day so his colleague took over for informing me about my car's status and taking payment. He took payment but did not review the results of the inspection with me, he also barely made eye contact and I almost felt like I was inconveniencing him. I combed through the service paperwork after I got home to find that there was a note that my tire treads are low and will need to be replaced soon. If I didn't review the results by myself, I never would have known. And lastly, I'm disappointed that I received the usual post-service email soliciting feedback on my service, which I responded with all the comments above. It has been over three weeks and I never received a response, so I'm not sure why they even bothered sending the message in the first place. It seems that it's just courtesy auto-generated email and no one actually reads the customer's feedback. I'm hoping that this was just an off-day and one time experience and that all future service appointments will be wonderful again. I will happily return to the 5 star rating. Original review: My review is for the service department. I have been taking my Honda to this location for service since I moved to Arizona over 2 years ago. They've always given great service with friendly staff. Yesterday's visit was really smooth. I scheduled an appointment the same day via their website and was in and out in 1 hour.

Dropped off my car Saturday morning with David & he was very friendly. I appreciate that he was upfront and did tell me they were running behind so it would be ready in 2 no more than 3 hours. That allowed me to get my BF to pick me up get breakfast and get some errands done. Instead of just playing the waiting game in the lounge. Pick up process was quick and efficient. The dashboard reminder system let me know it was time to schedule an appointment for an oil change. But I was quite busy with an unpredictable schedule so I called to see if I could just walk in. Yup! Honda even had time to complete a coolant flush. Oh, and my battery tested negative. So I had the battery replaced as well. I am very satisfied with AutoNaion Honda Chandler.

From the one experience I had, a pretty decent dealership with some pretty good people. I went to get a recall airbag inflator replaced and everything was very quick and concise as to the series of events, and everyone seemed happy to help. Everyone we dealt with was great! We had several salespeople and a wonderful finance guy. Their price was completely fair with no extra added "dealer charges". One of the only dealerships I found that isn't gauging people. The finance department was also great! They asked if we wanted the different options, gap insurance, maintenance pkg, etc. But when we said no that was the end of the conversation. They have also followed up with us to make sure we are doing good with the car and see if we have any questions. At this time when buying a car is different than ever before I feel very lucky to have found AutoNation Honda Chandler. We had to put down a small deposit to claim a car that was coming in on their next shipment and they kept in touch with status updates of exactly where our car was and when they were expecting it, it was all very smooth. Usually have good experiences with this dealership. Last appointment I was there for a coolant flush and they offer a full vehicle inspection every time they see the vehicle for anything (at least that’s what I was told). They told me my timing chain was loose and it was an emergency to get it fixed at nearly $2K. Gave me a persuasive speech about how I will destroy my engine if I don’t get it fixed immediately. What I find weird is I was just there 30 days before to get an oil change and they did the full inspection that time also because both times I got an inspection report and nothing about my timing chain being loose on the previous report. I just find it a bit odd that in 30 days after a previous inspection now all the sudden I have an emergency with my timing chain. Whether it need to be replaced or not I will not go back to this dealership because either I’m being played or the previous tech missed a critical issue with my vehicle. Either way I am now questioning the service department’s competency.

Service side seems to be getting its act together. I had previously given a one star due to outrageous prices quoted on the booking site and a complete inability to book an appointment within a week. Last time I went I was able to book the next day and they seemed to do a good job. Internet sales team does a good job, but research the add-ons that the finance team pushes on you at the last minute.

Bought a CRV online. I had several before so I knew what I wanted. Price was fine. When I went to purchase , they send you to finance. The guy I had, Ali, was a complete jerk. He made the experience awful! I was paying with a combination of cash and credit card and cashier check. He said that they don’t accept cash! Eventually took it but had to get someone to process it. He screwed up on the documentation and made it feel like it was my fault. I almost walked away but it was the car I wanted. They were also very disorganized in the delivery of the car. It was like no one knew I was coming in. I complained to the dealership and all I got back was “ sorry- hope you will give us another chance”. They have lots of great reviews but my experience was really bad!!

My experience with Auto Nation Chandler: the first MSRP quote from Mike stayed the same throughout the "build, in transit, and dealer prep" wait. Updates by phone and email regarding delivery date and dealer prep (including optional window tinting). Clear explanation of why I needed to come to the dealership for the $500 credit payment for "intent to purchase." The limited dealer add ons allowed me to decide what I wanted from the Honda Acessories list, with pricing. I expected the wait time on pick up day to be a bit lengthy, and it was. Sure, there are shorter wait times available with true online purchase, but I preferred working with a dealer. So far, I am pleased with my Honda purchase through AutoNation, Chandler.

The car is only 8 years old and under 100,000 miles. I wish we would have bought the car from a Chevy dealership as they would have still had a warranty and the knowledge and capability to fix the issues. Our check engine light is on once again and we do not feel safe in this car. We paid $12,000 for a car that is nothing but obvious problems that they must have known about. Now we are out that money and have no money to fix the car they sold us, and they are refusing to help. Do not buy a car here.

Then when i dropped my car off i was told that i would get an update never did, then when i went to pick my car up, they used to have a service receptionist, but instead i stood around til i could find someone to help me. then finally i was told to go to the express area and go straight the gentlemen said but it lead me into the employee area instead its was embarrassing. Service rep gave info on what maintenance was recommended and cost of each service, also which to prioritize if wanting to defer some of the cost to later. I would recommend auto nation to anyone purchasing a car from them with no back in forth games like all the other dealerships have in their playbooks. The other mass corporate dealers like Berkshire Hathaway are difficult in dealing and doing business when purchasing a car on my past experiences resulting in purchasing elsewhere.. On a quick note our prior purchase from Autonation ford was our 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid and after having a great experience from that dealership , I ve come to the conclusion that Autonation is the best to deal with no matter what make you prefer.

Came in for my first service on a vehicle I purchased from AN Honda last year. It was busy! In contrast, I went to Nissan first from a misunderstanding, and they were totally empty. Pull up to Honda and their service lanes were full plus a few cars overflowing. It moved quick though, and someone was with me within a few mins. My service agent Michael was timely, communicative, and professional. I got a text when my vehicle was ready, and Michael left a vmail with everything I needed to know prior to picking up. I took the shuttle back home, but they don't pick you back up, something I wasn't told till I was home, otherwise I would have saved myself the Lyft expense getting back and just waited.

In January I brought my car for service after noticing a wind up like noise. At that time I was told by another dealer that they believed it was power train related, and it would be best to take to a Honda certified mechanic. I brought the paperwork detailing their diagnostics. I was told it was a not power train related, but rather a pulley. This was replaced. Within a week of having my car, which I drive very little (10miles max /day), my shifter appeared to break. Trying to place into reverse it would just fall. I paid to have it towed back. I was told they had never seen this issue in a vehicle before, and they would need to replace the entire mechanism. Keeping in mind that each go around is weeks at a time, as we were told parts are difficult to obtain at the moment. After doing the work, they realized this was in fact not the problem at all. According to them, it was the transmission, circling back to what we originally told them per the first mechanics. Again, weeks. We remained as patient as possible, keeping in mind we have no other family vehicle, and the inconvenience is sizable. When it was returned to us, within two miles, my car broke down. I paid to have it towed, again. At this point in time, this made it so we could not make a trip that was already paid for, for a major tournament of our child’s. This cost us thousands. What was wrong? They damaged a pressure sensor during their work. We were told that by no means should this have occurred. It was quickly fixed, however, understandably we were uncomfortable taking the vehicle. We asked for a thorough examination of all the work done. We had what felt like a very patronizing conversation, again, essentially being told it wasn’t a big deal and to just take the vehicle. When I picked it up this time, there was exterior damage to the vehicle. Within two weeks, and again, very little driving, we broke down again taking our kids to school. Now we are being told they will be putting in another transmission. We have no real confidence in their work due to the lack of dedication to our family’s safety. And all in the meantime we are without a vehicle. And again, the final major tournament of the year, thousands of dollars, will be missed due to what we perceive as rushed and negligent work on their part. There has been no accountability on their part, and it’s all very “too bad , so sad” conversations to us. We would not advise purchasing or servicing a vehicle here.

After leaving 3 voice messages with the service department at AutoNation Honda Chandler over a 2 day period and getting no return calls I went ahead and made an appointment online on Friday, 3-18-2022. I selected the B2347 service. B = Replace the engine oil and oil filter. Perform front and rear brake cleaning and lubrication. Adjust parking brake. Perform in-depth inspection of the brake components. 2 = Replace the cabin and engine air filters. 3 = Replace the transmission fluid. 4 = Replace spark plugs, timing belt (if equipped) and adjust valves. 7 = Replace brake fluid. I requested a quote for the price of the service so I would know ahead of time. I was never contacted. B2347 is the maintenance requirement for a 2016 Honda Civic at 72 months. I received one confirmation email and 2 reminder emails of my appointment and that I had requested the B2347 service. Upon arriving at the service department I discovered that my service advisor, who I will not name online out of respect, had added fuel injection cleaning ($330) to my service. I asked him to remove it. Fuel injection cleaning is one of the top 5 automobile service scams. He then suggested an engine coolant flush (service code 5, which I did NOT request) . I told him that I had just had that done 7 months earlier and that it was not due for another 17 months. He then suggested tire rotation. I told him "no" since I had just put on new tires 7 months earlier and that they only had 900 miles on them. Tires get rotated every 5,000 miles. He then told me they had a special on windshield wiper replacement blades, buy one and get one free. I accepted since they were about due for replacement. What did I get? I discovered after leaving the dealership that I paid for a coolant flush that I said that I did not need (service code 5. Remember, I requested B2347) and was done just 7 months ago. I got a tire rotation that I did not request (service code 1)(my new tires only had 900 miles on them). Then I discovered that my entire windshield wipe arms had been replace for $60. I honestly thought that only the rubber blades were being replaced. There was also something added on in section E for $13 that I have no clue about. What didn't I get? The brake fluid replacement that is required and I had requested (service code 7). I was also told the service would take 2 - 3 hours which is typical for this level of service. I have driven Hondas exclusively since 1977. The service took 6 hours and 6 minutes . My appointment was at 08:10 and I was checked out at 14:16. I never received any text messages from my service advisor until 40 minutes after I had left the dealership. It was a text message asking for permission for AutoNation Honda to text me. He knew I was waiting in store. I also discovered in my paperwork 4 pages of information from someone else's vehicle which was being serviced which includes private information like email address, phone number, vin number, name, vehicle information, etc. This should never happen. My advisor was continuously cracking jokes that were not funny. Perhaps he needs less distraction. I had another situation last August when I had my engine coolant changed at AutoNation Honda. I arrived on time for my appointment and it took 1 hour and 5 minutes for a service advisor to show up on the driveway in100+ degree heat. The very polite service driveway attendant kept apologizing and said they were short staffed. I struck up a conversation with the gentleman in the vehicle ahead of me and he turned around and left after waiting for 45 minutes. Then after my vehicle had the coolant change, it was parked on the outbound lane on the service department driveway for over an hour before I was notified. I was watching out the window the entire time. Something is definitely broken at AutoNation Honda service department in Chandler. It never used to be like this. On a positive note I highly recommend Telly Papagianis at AutoNation Honda Chandler if you are looking to buy a vehicle. He is a true professional and will not BS or try to pressure you.

We needed emergency service for our Odyssey and Nate Flynn quickly and willingly provided it. The problem was very difficult to diagnose but the service team stuck with it all the way until a clear problem was found. I purchased a 2021 Honda Insight from the dealer about a year ago. Great car, btw. My first oil change (about 9500 mi) was a couple of days ago. When the receiving attendant took the car, I asked him why I was getting an occasion beep from the dash. He said it was because the computer was reminding me I had service due. Not true. I later discovered the "beep" was due to the ACC displaying the little car icon. It beeped when the little car was displayed and again when it blinked off. I digress, but it did tell me a little about the knowledge of the staff. I arrived at the scheduled time and was told it would take about 1.5 hours. It took almost 2.5 hours. An attendant brought the car to me with a warning light saying it was time to get the oil changed. What?? The attendant said that service tech failed to reset the computer. After much "trying different buttons" the warning had been deleted. We started out of the facility. Before we exited, we were seeing ALL of the warnings cycling on the dash! Everything was wrong with the car (my interpretations) and I needed "to see dealer" ASAP. There was problems with the brakes, oil, and other things. Upon hitting a bump at the first light, a rattling noise emanated from under the engine. Engine performance was impacted as well. We turned around as soon as we could and drove back to the dealer before major damage occurred (we hoped). We stopped in front of the service area and I immediately checked under the car (I had read online that a few dealers hadn't correctly reattached the large plastic plate under the car after an oil change. Such was the case with our car. Probably the reason for the noise. A service rep quickly took the car back to service while we waited outside for any feedback. After a while we set in the open-air seating provided. Within about 15 minutes the car was returned with the Service Manager nearby. I can only surmise what might have happened, but the gist of the problem was the air cleaner lid was not securely attached. Oh, and the "skid" plate was not securely attached as well. At this point, I wondered if it had even been filled with oil, since the service appeared to have been interrupted and any number of things might have been incomplete. The Service Manager said he had witnessed the completion of all items that should have been done initially. Of greater importance to me, he insured that wheel lugs were tightened, oil filter was tight and indeed, the vehicle did get the oil changed. I did not request it, but the service was comped. I suspect it is difficult to find qualified people to work in dealerships because of the worker loss during the Covid. I empathize with AutoNation Honda Chandler's problems and sincerely hope they get this problem fixed. I did learn that MANY systems on a new cars are highly dependent on, among other things, the regulated flow of filtered air. Make sure your air filters are clean and the filter box is securely closed!!

I went to Honda a little out of luck because I had just bought my 2018 Honda Civic less then 2 years ago and the A/C was out. I was taken care of by Toby and literally by far the most caring professional person iv ever met. He made the “see what we can do to fix it” so understanding. I was never blindsided with what I’d pay or owe and literally just went out of his way to help me. Anytime I have an issue Toby will no be the service person I always ask for.

Bought a car recently from here. It was a fantastic experience. I was able to text with the salesperson, Abel, one afternoon all from the comfort of my home without having to come to the dealership. When they had the car I wanted, I went in, drove it, had a few questions answered, and then bought it. It was such an easy process and Abel was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even had pizza delivered to the dealership as we waited for the financing to go through so that my kids weren't hangry. Perfect experience.

I recently visited Autonation Honda Chandler since I wanted to trade in my 2020 Honda Accord Sport. I was working with Zach Buxton to purchase a 2021 Honda Accord Touring. The sales manager Richard Ouellette ran my credit without my approval. Let’s revisit a few things: when I bought the 2020 Honda Accord the transmission went out within a month. The mechanics at this dealership failed to diagnose the transmission failure after I had brought in the car for a weird noise multiple times. I still tried to give this dealership a second chance and wanted to purchase a new car but the sales department is so desperate to sell you a car that they will “mistakenly” run your credit without your approval. Unethical practices! Peter the sales manager is very rude, he loves to degrade/belittle others and thinks that by intimidating a customer he would get a sale. Btw do not call him “Pete” unless you want him to blow up on you - I made that mistake and I thought that he was going to attack me with the way he reacted (aggressive individual). I will have to say that I will never go back to this dealership nor do I recommend buying or getting any repairs. I immediately sold my Honda and went with a brand where I was able to purchase the car online without dealing with unethical car salesman/managers.

In a challenging car sales market, I was able to locate a car that fit my needs quickly! I have to say that my salesman Boris was instrumental in making this possible. Salesmen get a bad reputation most times, I actually felt that Boris wanted the best for me & wanted me to find the vehicle that best fit my needs. I went in specifically for a hybrid, which I test drove. After doing so, I had a few questions & concerns about the car itself. Boris walked me over to the service depart and a few other stations to get any answers I may have needed. After all this, I wanted to test drive a second vehicle, which he had no problem with. Instead of being annoyed with me at that point, he happily got the other vehicle and away we went. I actually felt like he wanted to put me in the right vehicle for my current needs. After all that I was still undecided and left. The next day, I made contact with Boris to buy the original vehicle I went in for which, lucky for me, was still available. It was his day off, but Boris still came into the dealer to get me settled with finance & remaining until the deal was completed, so to go over the features of the vehicle and answer any questions I had. He also followed up the next few days via email & text to make sure the vehicle and any concerns were answered. Overall I give Boris and AutoNation Honda 10 out of 10 & would recommend Boris if you're looking for a car.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! They are running a Warranty scam!! I bought an Audi from the Honda Chandler location in September 2021. While I love my vehicle, the service here is horrendous. When I first got my vehicle they set up an appointment for February (6months) out for an oil change. When I brought my Audi in the first time, they took in my vehicle I didn’t hear anything for an hour. Sat waiting, then received a call that they did not have the oil specific for Audi and couldn’t provide the oil changDe. I was flustered as I had just drove 45 minutes there and back and got off work early (losing money) to bring my vehicle in for an appointment they had set 6 months prior. At this time I asked to speak with a service manager and was approached by Toby (service advisor) he told me there was nothing they could do they didn’t have the product. I was also told my brake light being on wasn’t a big deal and they didn’t have the parts available for that either (of course). I bought the platinum warranty package with my vehicle … since I’ve had my vehicle it has not covered a thing. I was promised they would pick up , repair my vehicle , make arrangements and have parts available for me paying $3500 extra this was a scam. This first appointment occurred February 25th 2021. Toby promised to give me an oil change and car detail for inconvenience. I scheduled another appointment for the following weekend, I was told brake parts would be available and oil available. When I arrived, Derek greeted me and told me my car would be washed and everything with oil change handled.. mind you, I had been texting with Toby and Derek all week to ensure parts were available so I didn’t waste my time again. I arrived at 9:30 lol change completed at 11:30 . Then I asked about my brakes I was told by a new rep now greeting me Nate Flynn (as Derek had left early for the day) … that parts would need to be ordered for brakes. I expressed to him I had been texting Toby all week and thought they’d have them available. He said no one informed him of the prior issue and made no “big deal about it.” He said he could order the parts but it would take 2 hours. During this time I had prior arrangements for house showings as I was also getting my things moved and finding a new place at this time. I told him I could Come back in 2 hours if he would order the parts. He agreed and told me to bring my vehicle back at 2. I arrived at 2 looked for Nate Flynn for 29 mins couldn’t find him.. finally went to his office window and he was eating pizza, he said just a minute. 15 minutes later Nate comes out and greets me says he will take my vehicle in to get brakes fixed. I waited in the lobby for two and a half hours! Nate comes up to me in lobby giggling saying you’re going to love this . They ordered the wrong parts for your Audi and out wrong parts on. The Tec is now removing them but we can do nothing to fix your brakes. At this point I was very dissatisfied as I had just wasted time RUSHING BACK AT 2 to make the appointment for my brakes to be fixed. Nate Flynn then flared his arms up at me and said I don’t "give [non-permissible content removed]" I don’t have time for this right now” and walked away. He moved toward me aggressively as if he were going to hit me . I had never been aggressed in this way by customer service so I left immediately and informed my family and friends to be on the watch for my protection. I feared he was going to attack me. I then texted and called Tony and Derek 3 times, Derek finally responded saying he would call me the next morning. He never called. I asked Toby and he said “Derek “ was out for the day. He said he would have his director “Steve”. Steve called me 2 days LATER left a voicemail stating to call him back to see what service they can "provide." And to be SPECIFIC because I don't want it getting confused I am speaking of Steve the service director at [contact info removed]!! I am a mortgage banker and work 13 hours day so was only able to call back later that evening. I called Steve 3 times and left 2 voicemails no response, I requested my warranty be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY! When I got no response, I texted the line with Toby and Derek again telling them to CANCEL MY WARRANTY and refund the money since I didn't get anything covered and they obviously could not handle an Audi at this dealership. Toby refused stating he couldn't do anything because only "sales" could cancel the warranty. Steve then called and I answered, he raised his voice at me and was beyond disrespectful. Telling me that I should've known buying an Audi at Honda dealer was going to be delayed servicing. WHAT!? I spent EXTRA money to ensure I had the BEST service as promised! I asked him to check the cameras with Nate Flynn aggressing toward me flaring his arms and he didn't acknowledge this at all. He said it was my problem and he couldn't do anything because I was too "frustrated." Of course I am frustrated, this company has wasted my time, money and has stressed me out to the point that it's almost more stress than daily life! Steve is the worst thing to happen to this company, he is evil and should not be in any type of management. Corporate if you are reading this I demand my warranty be cancelled. I've left several voicemails regarding this and have yet to have my calls returned. This is now me expressing my request IN writing to have my warranty cancelled AND A FULL REFUND. I will not have my vehicle trashed because your company is too lazy to handle it. Ali from sales called left voicemail I returned the call and have not heard back for a week! I am a loan officer and this seems a UUDAAP as I was sold a warranty and had extra money added to my loan to cover things that have not been covered. My brakes are worn and still have not been fixed. I've only had my vehicle 8 months no reason brakes should need fixing either already. I should not have to have my vehicle worn because I did my part by getting the warranty. This company has fallen short of my expectations by a landslide and if this is not resolved within 7 days, I am reporting this company directly to the Financial Protection Bureau for false advertising and predatory lending practices. I have live video content of my interaction with Toby and will find a way to access cameras in the shop to provide proof of Nate Flynn's actions if needed. I have a multitude of texts showing communication on my side and none on theirs. Buying a vehicle here was the worst decision I have ever made.

I appreciated that he knew what I was looking for in my new Honda, and offered to help me learn all the new gadgets and features on my 2022 Honda HR-V. Bruce has followed up with me a few times in 2 weeks to check on how everything has been on my vehicle, and to see if I have any questions for him. I recently purchased a civic from this dealership. I worked specifically with Tim and Robyn to complete the transaction. I reached out about finding the vehicle I wanted (and in the current market that isn't always easy) and Tim was the one to respond. We talked through the specifics of what I wanted and he said he would reach out when they had an allocation. Lucky for me someone backed out of their reservation and I had a car the next day. Tim was very helpful in getting the car reserved (reached out as soon as the reservation was canceled and remembered I wanted this vehicle) and scheduling time for me to come in and see/drive it. He actually had the car pulled up when I got there. The transaction was somewhat typical if car dealerships. We went back and forth on my trade value and landed in a spot I was comfortable with (though lower than I was quoted prior to coming in). They were not specific with why it was lower and repeated the line (paraphrased) "with what we have to do to get the vehicle to sell it, this is what we can offer". I think this is the only part of the transaction that did not go as well as I wanted as I had a single owner 2017 vehicle with every service record (in the glovebox) performed according to the manual. After we agreed on numbers the dreaded warranty discussion took place. In this case Robyn made it very easy and was willing to work with me on numbers based on my driving habits and found me some discounts as well. The best part and why I still am providing 5 stars with the trade in being vague is they only added 499 to the sticker price for tint, while it's debatable whether that's the best deal on tint (which I would have done anyways), they did not force me into thousands of dollars in add-ons or markups like I had seen at other dealerships. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

This has to be the worst vehicle dealership in the valley. You can read through the whole review for details of what happened but just know to stay away from this dealership. There are plenty others that at a minimum get you your registration within the first six months and fix somethings they committed to when purchasing. Dealership when buying the vehicle, "Buy this warranty and here is the list of items that will be covered". My wife submitted a repair request online and was told nothing was covered. I'll call the dealership. Me, "I would like to get a dent repaired on my vehicle" Body shop, "that is the dealership service department, I will transfer you" Service department, "that is the body shop, I will transfer you" Body shop, "I don't know why they keep send you to me, that repair would go through sales" Sales, "That would be service" This being the second issue I have had with my purchase only solidifies my review of the way business is conducted. After the last review I left the dealer did contact me so hopefully they will again.

4 trouble indicator icons were showing up on the dashboard of my 2016 CR-V. Technicians diagnosed the problem as a damaged right rear wheel sensor. Sensor had to be ordered from Los Angeles as it was not in stock at the dealership. Other service items were addressed during the first visit. A return visit was required to install the ordered part. My service advisor, Scott Fort, was courteous, polite and professional keeping me informed during the process and working me in to have the part installed, which was much appreciated.

Great service! Took our 19 Pilot Elite in for recall check. Tom Hathaway promptly greeted us a set everything up for the check. We left to do a few local errands and in about an hour Tom called to let us know it was finished and gave me a rundown on everything. Even washed the car! We just liked everything about this dealership at least as far as the service department was concerned! AutoNation Honda Chandler is now our go to when we need service on our 19 Pilot Elite or 18 Ridgeline RTLE!

Had the normal maintenance done on my car: oil change and check up. My advisor was Matthew Craters who was great to work with. As usual, the work was done sooner than expected. The service dept here is excellent, I’ve been using them even before I bought my car from them. The only negative was you can’t speak to anyone when you call for an appointment. It’s impossible, you cannot talk to a live person about anything. I wanted to talk to my previous advisor about a noise I was hearing but after trying numerous times over 4 hrs finally gave up. Nothing against Matthew, he was excellent, but there are times you want to talk to someone and it’s aggravating when you can’t.

Latest visit to Honda Chandler dealership last week for a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot hood latch. Was able to schedule at a convenient time within two days of calling in. I negotiated a $479/mo. payment and put $2000 down after I traded in a 2020 civic because the hood kept popping open. When contract was written up and sent in, payment was $539/mo.,not happy. Suppose to receive a refund from the long term warranty on 2020 civic, never received. I review the contract a day later and went and talked to the finance officer on Monday and he admitted that he made a mistake, the papers had been sent to the bank. I think about this everyday because this is more than I was willing to pay. This is why I am not happy with my purchase with this dealership. Do NOT buy a used car here. We’ve had nothing but trouble with service. Our check engine light came on 10 days after buying the car. We made an appointment for that Saturday. When we arrived we were told they had no qualified techs that day so we had to reschedule. On two separate occasions we were told the car was fixed, only for the check engine light to come on as soon as we left and it had to be returned. The service manager couldn’t be bothered to call us back after having our car in their possession for 30 days of the 40 total days we have owned it. He told our service advisor that he received our call but wouldn’t call us back because he was too busy. Lack of communication made us feel very disrespected. We are very upset with the service and lack of respect and communication. The service advisor told us we should consider ourselves lucky that they fixed the $2,000 worth of problems with the car. Even though the car was under warranty. We can’t trust their service and now have a car that we have to worry about.

We recently had a not great experience at autonation Honda trying to buy a 2022 odyssey. We had been talking to Roger their internet sales person for a week, who we made an appointment with to come down and put a deposit on an incoming odyssey because they don’t have any physically there. We get there and Roger is nowhere to be found. They scramble to tell us 3 different things and turns out Roger has left the building. Should’ve been our first red flag. So a sales manager comes over not sure of his name but he was super pompous. Tells me that Roger has no clue what he’s talking about and they have no incoming Odysseys until March. “Magically” he finds some being built in Nov so we wanted to go over a deal sheet before we put down $500 to hold the vehicle but when we asked about numbers they couldn’t give us anything personal to us saying “we can’t predict the future” because we couldn’t pick up the car until it came in 6 weeks. I felt very uncomfortable giving them money not remotely knowing what any of my final costs would be when the car is actually here, and they only give you 48 hours to pick it up. The whole situation was very unorganized, stressful, and they weren’t remotely forthcoming about anything basically giving room to upsell for the car in 6 weeks after you’ve waited for it. I would look elsewhere for a new car. Every employee was rude and disorganized.

Bought a new 2022 Honda Odyssey. For the most part it was seamless. Had to wait for the vehicle to arrive. Each truck it should have been on, it wasn’t. Kyle is great! Dealt with Peter over the phone once and he was a jerk. Said my van wasn’t there and was sure of it. Swore I was wrong. I was already coming in that night to pick it up. Only problem was that I asked to not have it tinted when it arrived, did it anyway. Did not do the small windows in the front and the tint is not very dark in the back. Cut the price in half but still disappointed. Will be asking for it to be removed and my $250 back. That is my only problem

Although I drove the distance to test drive a number of used vehicles listed on their website, many were already purchased or reserved. On this hot afternoon, it was a bonus to drive in the golf cart instead of walking the hot lot. Clem was very low pressure and agreed to contact me the next day if the car reserved by someone else did not sell. As we walked and talked, we came across a 'new' vehicle that had less than 10,000 miles as it was driven by the GM . The price of this 'new' car was fair as was the trade-in on my older car. Great car; great purchase experience. I only wish I lived closer. As I've needed windshield washer fluid, I realize it was empty - or is not working. I'll either fill it or take the drive back down there if the issue is bigger than that.

I called in to make an appointment for my accord for two inspections (auto trans fluid and rear brakes because they were squealing) and was told there was an opening at noon. While on the phone with the lady i was asking her about the pricing for a trans fluid flush vs drain and fill and she had no idea what a drain and fill was and thought i was missing trans fluid because of it. That was the first red flag that the person in charge of service phone calls doesnt even know the services they provide. Finally the day comes around where i take my car in and i tell them i have an appointment and was then told it would be done around 2:30pm. They took my car and treated it as a walk in parking it in the back lot and had to “wait for a spot” in order to do the two simple inspections i had asked for! If they are going to do that then i really don’t understand why they have appointments and why they couldn’t have told me that over the phone when setting up the appointment. 2:30 comes around and i get a call back saying everything looks excellent and i asked why my brakes were squealing if everything looks good then and they had no clue what i was talking about even though that was the whole reason i wanted them to look at it. The guy then said “thats not in my notes so we will have to wait for another opening so it wont be done until around 5.” I finally am able to go pick up my car after 5 hours of what should have been at most an hour job and the only good part was they didnt try charging me anything for taking my brakes apart to lubricate them. Worst service i have experienced! If you dont know how to work on your own car i would highly recommend start learning now because this is exactly what people need to avoid! 5 hours for them just to look at my car not even do a big job or replace fluids or anything like that. Dont waste your time on this place

Do not ever go to any AutoNation owned dealership for service, they are absolute crooks! They quoted me a service fee of over $3200 for a repair that I ended up getting fixed for $600 at another vehicle service facility that is very highly rated and honest. Additionally, to walk in the door at any AutoNation service facility you pay a "diagnostics" fee of $165, which would go towards any additional service, however, if you don't do additional service you are out $165. They won't take a moment to just look at your vehicle like other service facilities, it's just right to the $165. Absolute Crooks!!

Our daughter, Emma, turned 18 last week and had been saving her money for her first car. We own a Honda Fit and Emma had her heart set on a newer Honda Insight. Your dealership had one in stock and the specs looked great, so we headed over Saturday after making an appointment with salesperson, Eddie Rasheed. We arrived at noon and Emma was able to test drive the Insight and a Civic that was also available. Eddie ran some numbers for the total price of both. We left to get some lunch and discuss the information we were given. After some deliberation, Emma decided to purchase the Insight. She had enough money to purchase it outright but wanted to build her credit so we planned to finance part of it. We headed right back over to Autonation and found Eddie. Until that point everything was going smoothly, and then he introduced us to Zach Salter, a finance person. Zach started crunching numbers and trying to sell us on the extended warranties. The full extended warranty he quoted us was $2700 and more expensive than any extended warranty we ever purchased from Honda or elsewhere. We were asking for numbers with and without the warranties. He would type something in and write it down; then we would ask a question, and he’d change some figures. At one point telling us he messed up and needed to change the numbers again. Finally he gave us two figures in writing. One was with the warranty, and the other one was without. The figures he wrote down in front of us looked good without the warranty. Then Zach said he’d be right back and stepped out. A moment later the finance director, Ali, walked in. He introduced himself and said he was surprised at how high the warranty quote was. He said he’s the boss and could probably discount it if we reconsidered the extended warranty. We agreed to hear him out, and he said he’d be right back. He came back in a couple minutes later and said he didn’t realize the quote Zach told us included the tire replacement option and three years of service. My wife asked how the finance manager didn’t know his own warranties and questioned him. He acted put out and said the best he could do was just under $2,000. At that point, we were not really interested in the warranty, as neither of them instilled much confidence in their abilities to calculate numbers. So we told him no thanks and he left in a huff. Zach came back in and his demeanor obviously changed. He was more gruff and rude with us. My wife was asking about different finance options and putting more or less down. Zach kept getting flustered, told us he didn’t mean what he just said, and when we reminded him of things he just said, he got mad telling us that he didn’t say that. Why is it that both Zach and Ali seemed to be so incredibly put out that WE didn’t want to spend OUR money on something THEY thought we should? We both commented that we have never encountered such childish, rude behavior from anyone at a car dealership before. Finally my wife said we wanted the car for the 60 months with no warranty for the $127 that he wrote down right in front of us. We pointed at the figures he said. He looked down at them, that he wrote in his handwriting, and he told us he never quoted that price. We looked at him like he was joking because he literally did give us that quote in writing. He then told us those numbers were wrong. The four of us told him (Emma’s boyfriend was with us) that yes, he did in fact tell us that. At this point he was angry. He denied it and gave us another figure $60/month more. We asked to speak to Ali again and Zach told us he left. It was 5:05pm. Throughout the day, while we were sitting in the dealership (over four hours by now) we all had our phones. I’d send a text or check social media. We all were. After arguing numbers with us for a few more minutes & writing down 3 final figures, Zach stood abruptly from his desk & said “I’m stepping out so you all don’t have to keep texting each other about this!” before storming out. We were shocked & surprised. After we calmed down from his absolutely immature behavior, we decided no car was worth the way he treated us. We decided to leave. Exiting Zach’s office, Eddie stopped us near the exit. We shared Zach’s comments, tone, & behavior with us. Eddie seemed surprised & was apologetic. He asked us not to leave, & wanted to help us by getting someone else in finance. After the macho, misogynist attitude of Zach, we told Eddie we weren’t interested in working w/ another man, because it’s guys like that who give car dealerships a bad name. Annie Hill happened to be walking by. Eddie grabbed her to see if she could help. She listened to our story, calmed us a bit, and asked us to give her 10 minutes to review our account. We acquiesced & moved around the back hallway (away from where Zach was standing glaring at us) to the waiting area. The only other reason we even considered staying was because we knew this would be a good car for Emma, and we really did want her to get something safe and reliable. So, ten minutes later we were in Annie’s office. She explained the financing, and patiently answered all of our questions with respect. The only thing she couldn’t reconcile was the 60 month/$127 a month payment. After discussing it with Emma, we decided to get the car, leaving approximately six hours after we originally arrived. This is Emma’s first buying experience, and it was abysmal. We have a Fit & had a great experience buying it. This was not. We understand there’s a chip shortage and inventory is sparse, but that’s no reason to bully, disrespect, & roll your eyes at any customer. We’re trying to put this horrid experience behind us but it will be very difficult to recommend anyone to Autonation Honda on the chance of having to deal with Zach Salter in finance.

Dear Auto Nation Honda Chandler, Someone goofed and printed my work cell phone number on the business card you hand out to service customers looking for your shuttle bus. I get 3-5 calls a day from people looking for a ride to pick up their cars. I have tried calling the dealership, but gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes without reaching a human. I tried your chat feature in your website, but was told my problem couldn’t be submitted unless I supplied my email address. I sent a Facebook message but got no response. If this is the level of attention to detail and customer service you provide, you can be assured I will not be a customer in the future. That, and I don’t like Honda’s. Please check your business cards for your shuttle driver and print some with the correct number. I’m sure your customers are tired of talking to me.

Tim and the staff were great. I had been in the car business for over 20 years prior to doing business here. I asked them to give me a realistic deal and it was acknowledged. This is our 2nd car purchase from this dealership and our experience was just as good as the first which was several years ago. I like Auto Nation Sales rep as they give you exactly what you ask for, prompt with their responses, transparent transaction and friendly associates. All other dealerships that I contacted tried to bring us in for a test drive and negotiate, added unnecessary packages and fees or tried to convince us to purchase something that we did not want.

The employees are friendly and honest which is always appreciated in the car business. Have had zero issues with service at this location, things are done timely and in a correct manner. Wait room is comfortable and the parts/accessories shop is a cool little place to look through. The service representatives really make the experience though. My last oil change was a drive in with no appointment and they also took care of my 15k mile inspection and still had me out within 2 hours of arriving. Recommend this location for anyone with a Honda in need of service

I was looking for a reliable car that wouldn't break the bank. I looked at some privately owned cars and GOSH, the owners were so in love with their car that they couldn't see the rips in the seats and console; some owners couldn't produce one service record! I was discouraged. My friend suggested we go to autonation honda of chandler. They advertised a few cars in my price range. We were greeted by Roger Cary. He was very friendly, listened well and showed us the 3 or 4 cars in my price range. He also suggested we look at a few cars just a little away from my budget range. PRESTO! Not only did he show us a nice car, just at the top of my price range, he explained how the dealer would examine the car top to bottom to assure it was in the best mechanical condition! He showed us a "carfacts" and explained much more about that car than any of the private seller told me about theirs! I decided to put money down on that car. I was clean, looked solid and Roger assured me the mechanics would scour it! About 3 days later the car was done being checked and detailed and ready for me to pick it up! BUT, buying a car without a car is problematic. My friends were at work and at 100° I didn't want to ride my bike to the bank and out to the dealership! I talked a friend into taking me on Monday if I could get to the bank on Saturday. THEN, Roger offered to give me a ride! He picked me up and we made it to the bank with an hour to spare! I drove home from the dealership in my beautiful new Honda! Roger, Brandon (in finance) and all the staff at AUTONATION HONDA are FANTASTIC!

We have searched for a new vehicle to replace our 2019 Toyota Highlander Limited for about 2 months. After looking and driving several different vehicles including SUV’s, Minivans and large cars, we decided on the 2021 Honda Pilot Touring. We did visit many Valley Honda Dealerships and decided on Autonation Honda Chandler because of their professional sales, finance and management staff. The price of the Pilot was very competitive and the customer service was outstanding. Took car in for recall… everything went fine until pickup of car. My service attendant was not in his office, he was paged… I stood and waited for 10 min. While other service attendants, not busy, watched me. Went to a desk to ask if he could be paged again- was told to walk to another office to have him paged- no one in that office. Finally another service attendant helped me with the excuse they were short staffed.

This place is the worst. Went there in April to do paperwork for a refund of an extended warranty on a vehicle I had traded in. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me, I got the refund paperwork completed and the finance manager made copies of everything (including the letter from the lien hold saying the loan had been paid off). I was told the refund would be sent in 8 to 12 weeks. Waited 14 weeks and called today. I was told the refund was never processed because they didn’t upload the documentation that the loan was paid off. They had made copies of that document and it clearly says on the refund paperwork that I was given that the loan is paid in full. I said I would be willing to resubmit the paperwork but was not going to wait another 8 to 12 weeks. The person I talked to said there was nothing they could do because refunds come from corporate in Florida. I asked for a telephone number for corporate and was told that I could Google it. Do not do business with these people!!

If you like being a special needs parent, who is talked down to, told to reschedule, have your car A/C stop all together, then 2 days later rush around on a Friday to find a rental, only to have your spouse, who was NOT at the original appointment that was immediately rescheduled, be talked down to, causing your spouse to get loud, have the cops threatened to ve called and that you'll never do business with Honda Autonation again, all because you are trying to scoot out early, I HIGHLY recommend. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. We JUST dealt with Honda on our CR-V for our SECOND battery that leaked acid, in 11 months, and we also had to pay Autozone ASAP because it was all over, and not drivable even though it is a 100 month warranty. We still have yet to hear back from that, so this is insult to injury, but at this point is par for the course!

I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I bought a brand new car. The sales guys were nice, of course. But once I got in the finance office our experience turned into a nightmare. The guy was RUDE. I paid cash for my car and had to juggle some things around to allow for the transaction to go through. He literally started tapping his finger like he was annoyed with us while he waited. He also failed to call me back when I left a voicemail for him regarding missing tag/title information. (I still have no title info 2 months later) Then, my car had some scratches and a ding when I was buying it. They promised to fix it if I bought it. Well, we will be taking it back a 4th time this week because we keep getting it back and they say they couldn’t do it while they had it for one reason or another. They also needed to do a software update due to a recall, in the first 2 times they had my car (once for a week!) they didn’t even bother to get that done. We have to take the car in and leave it for another several days now to fix the ding. This place is absolutely worthless. They don’t communicate with each other and once they get the money they obviously don’t care about the customer. I know dealerships have a bad wrap, but this one takes the cake! Go somewhere else.

I keep going back for a few reasons, principally the person I deal with most frequently, Gregg Gabbing, and others who help, this time Telly Papagianis. These guys care! While I've only had this 2021 Honda Civic EX for 2 days, I love it. I was a step up from the LX model I'm used to but worth the extra money. As typified by Gregg and Telly, this is a great, great dealership.

As someone who doesn't frequently go to dealerships Honda Chandler reminded me exactly why. I found a car that I wanted, drove 11 hours to get it, only to find that their " One price" is truly bogus with a $500 "paperwork" fee, not to mention they will try to sell you every coverage possible, even if they're not haggling on the price of the car. They will use your trade in to leverage as much as they can against you. I got 40 percent of my cars KBB blue book value after all was said and done, and the total price I paid for my car was 15 percent higher than listed excluding the taxes and fees that I had paid upfront. This after sitting at the dealership for 5 hours. I've even tried contacting them afterwards to remove a package I did not want and have been completely ignored for days on end. Why would I ever want to come back?

🍻Horrible Customer service. Hor-ri-ble..Its a long ride so get settled with your favorite beverage and snack. I made a noon appointment a week prior because we would be in area and would just go there, wait for it and be done with it. I guess the online schedule tool is really only for show. When we get there, the customer service rep, who I will call Mr Wonderful, tried to get us to reschedule a simple oil change by saying it didnt matter that we had an appointment, they had too many drop ins and it would be a 4 hour wait. So not sure why they have a scheduling process, if it's not used. My husband asked if we could have the motor in the window looked at. Mr Wonderful refused and said "they do that when car starts to age". This is the 4th Honda I have owned, none of them have done that. None. None. So this is off to a great start. We rearrange our work schedules to do the whole car shuffle because they didnt have courtesy shuttle to drop us off. No big deal... Things happen. Maybe this was like a tactic to offload work like restaurants do...tell people its going to be 2 hour wait and really only 30 mins so they go away. We dropped our vehicle off at 12p. No call at 2p, No call 3p, No call at 4p. My husband had to call at 5p to ask if it was done. Surprise, it's done. It took 5 hours for a oil change ( A1 service) that was SCHEDULED for over a week!!! I get off work, we go through rush hour to get there. We roll up and the vehicle is parked with the hazards on in the pick-up lane. Hmm...I wonder what that does to a car thats been sitting for I don't know how long in 100+ degree heat. My husband finally locates Mr Wonderful and questions how long the it was parked like that and why. Mr Wonderful makes some stupid sarcastic comment "hope your car starts". Welp... you guessed it... the car wouldn't start. I wonder how many times Mr Wonderful walked by my vehicle with the hazards on or any rep for that matter... or any supervisor or manger or employee... So they had to jump the vehicle with the portable battery pack. Do you think Mr Wonderful helped or apologized... that's a negative ghost rider. Oh, yes... one more thing... my husband inquired about a new battery for his key fob before he left the car at noon, which was now a lifetime ago. Mr Wonderful was going to "cut us a deal" and throw it in for free, you know because of the wait and all. Isnt Mr Wonderful so wonderful! [ Insert Sarcasm] When my husband checked out, they charged us twice for the battery. My husband questioned him about the duplicate charge. Mr Wondeful acted like he was doing us a favor by taking the duplicate charge off the bill. Oh how gracious to not only *not* do what you said you were going to do but remove the duplicate charge. Isn't Mr Wonderful wonderful... Of course he split, and is now making the poor cashier girl handle his mess. So we paid the few bucks for the battery to keep from having to deal with Mr Wonderful again. Unfortunately its all who your rep is, if you get a crappy one you will have crappy experience with this place. Might just want to take your car to another dealership than risk what rep your will get or your own local mechanic. They may even keep your battery charged during your oil change. Who knew that was a New standard to have for an oil change?! I really wish I could say this was not true and I was exaggerating all of this but sadly it is not. Thanks for listening. Cheers! 🍻

I can’t believe how horrible the service was for this oil change. Our appointment was at 7am on Thursday so we decided to drop off our van on Wednesday night at 5pm. The guy that checked the van in said your service agent isn’t here, but you can leave it so he can get to it first thing in the morning. Thursday comes and it’s 11am and we still haven’t heard anything about our van, if it needed anything, if it was done… So my husband decided to call to get an update and they couldn’t find our van! She said whatever guy checked it in last night didn’t actually check it into the system so they never serviced it because they didn’t even know they had it! We asked why the service agent didn’t call us in the morning when we missed our appointment at 7am and she said they don’t do that, then what’s the point of having a service agent if they don’t check on you if you don’t even show up to your appointment?!!! They didn’t get done with our van until after 2pm! Completely messed up the rest of our day and did nothing for the inconvenience! A policy needs to be changed here for sure, that if someone misses their appointment that they receive a call or email of some sort to prevent screw ups like this in the future!

Everything online made it feel like I’d be walking into a war zone that I’d have to defend myself from while in there. I didn’t have that experience at all. LYING ABOUT CAR FAX REPORTS, MISOGYNISTIC SALESMAN, NOT WILLING TO OWN UP TO DEALER MISTAKES. DO NOT BUY 2 weeks ago I reached out over a vehicle I saw online advertised as certified new with only 1000 miles on it with a clean car fax. Everything was going great. Did everything online. Sales person Zach Brink advised that the vehicle was being inspected and won’t be available for pick up. No problem. Tanner- excellent finance manager. Have no issues. On May 27th I signed for this vehicle and signed a clean car fax report the dealer provided. I asked why the car was returned within 2 months Another finance manager told me some BS story that the car was returned because an older couple didn’t like the size of the HRV. Fine that made sense. A week later I called because I still hadn’t heard about my car. My sales person was on vacation so they transferred me to another person. He said your car is just waiting on the bumper. When I asked what do you mean. He explained that the car was in an accident. When I explained that - that information wasn’t advised to me he said he wasn’t sure he would call Zach and ask. He called me back and said Zach told him that he did tell me that. I advised he did not and had the text message and the signed clean car fax report as proof that i was unaware of the accident .so this was all hidden to me. He then advised he wasn’t sure why they gave me a clean car fax since it’s been at their shop since 5/8 and I must have not been paying attention. I knew that it wasn’t true and pulled a car fax myself which showed that the dealership didn’t update it with car fax until AFTER I bought the car/ super shady. I was told to call back today to talk to my salesperson. So I did and this is where it gets even worse. I talked to Roger Carry who was extremely misogynistic and rude and told me I was a liar and the dealership would never do anything unethical and that if I kept saying they did that he would refuse to help me. I explained I was frustrated because I had text messages, pictures, and signed contracts with proof that I wasn’t lying. He then said “well aren’t you pleasant!” He kept saying that I had no idea what I was talking about. Finally a sales manager called me back and admitted that the sales person and sales manager who worked my case never told me about the car accident and lied to him about saying he told me, they did tell me the car had a clean car fax and he doesn’t know why they didn’t know that, and that this dealership made the mistake. I asked for the price to be adjusted since the deal I signed was based on an accident free car. They said no. He also admitted that Roger Carry gets carried away when talking to customers and get rude and hostile Please enjoy the text messages, the pictures, and if you would like the call recording proof that they admitted to all of this just reach out! I would not buy a car from a dealership who is selling cars with clean car fax reports when they aren’t!!!

UPDATE: 6/2/2021 - I was going out of town for Memorial weekend and told my service person M. Bradley that I needed the oil change done and we would work on the 60k service when we got back into town. We left the car overnight - NO "free" wash was offered or done - Service person said that our rear brakes were at 3mm, were super low and need changing plus service on the rotors. Having to leave the next morning I took the rear brakes off at 10pm and 3 of the 4 pads still had over 1/2 their life left, 1 was worn a little more and the rotors are perfect. We DO NOT appreciate a service department that LIES! This caused me to look and change the rear brakes when I did not need too knowing there was a good chance I would say yes because I was leaving town early the next morning! For convenience this is the closest Honda dealership however it might be worth looking for another place to service our vehicle.

I came here for some indicators coming on the previous day, and an oil change . Upon arriving you could tell they were short handed for the amount of cars coming in and everyone was stressed . The service advisor Nate came up to me and asked how he could help and that he would be right back with me if no one else helped. Well I sat in my car waiting and two other people came up to me saying that it would be a 2-3 hour wait and that they didn’t have labor I said I’ll wait and they said just hold on we will get someone else so another guy in white came up saying same thing and it will now be an all day job, at this point I’m just getting the run around so I just told them I was going to leave and go to superstition who i should have gone to first as they are fast and never long waits . As I was leaving Nate caught me and said that he can get me in 2 hours that will change my breaks, oil and check indicators incase . Vehicle shopping, for me, is like having a tooth pulled without novocaine. So I started the process online, 4 dealerships! Tim Lee was on it right away. He assessed my needs, looked into my trade and sent me vehicles to look at. Tim stayed in touch with me for over a week. He was great! Tim (salesman) was very patient and friendly. Unfortunately, my HR-V had lost a lot of value in those months. I'm not sure that was a fair value.

I needed some warranty work done on my Pilot. One of the railings that helps hold the windshield in place would not stay clipped in. The representatives are very friendly. The only negative experience I had was I was told 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change, which was expected. 4 hours later my car was finally done. I understand that things come up and staffing was low due to COVID but don’t quote a time that can’t be achieved or call and update me so I’m not wasting my whole day waiting. I still recommend the service but just don’t make any other plans for the day.

Absolutely no pressures whatsoever from Marcos and he was eager to please. If every dealer had a guy like Marcos, it would not longer be a dreadful experience. And then there was Dustin Martin at the finance office which is usually even more dread with upselling pressures and to my amazement, that wasn't the case and he was as much of a pleasure to deal with. My car was in for warranty window tinting work. What was expected to be two days turned into two weeks. The first time I picked up the car only the side windows were completed. The old tint on the rear window was partially scraped off. It took over a week to get the rear window completed. I came to get the car and my service advisor informed me that the rear dash had been removed to get access to the window but it hadn’t been reinstalled. I sat around an additional hour waiting for it to be reinstalled. On a good note, my service advisor provided me with a loner car and the windows do look great.

Purchased a used 2020 Tacoma at a very good price. The dealer, Vinh Vo, was perfect and awesome to deal with. We drove, we wrote paper and I purchased the truck. The very day I pick up the truck, it started making screaming sounds, and the dashboard stated, "Check Charging system " I immediately called Vinh who was off, and he directed me to the Used Sales manager to address. They stated to drop the truck off in the morning and they will look at it. Fair enough I was there at 6:45 for an appointment, when a service advisor asked what was the issue, and when told, stated, "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO!" "I'm sorry, what?" "You'll (me) have to take it to Big Two next door and have them fix it. " "But I literally bought it here yesterday?" "It's a Toyota, so we would have to take it, and you might as well, since it is still under factory warranty." I should have gotten his name. Shame on me. However, Big Two did take the time, and get this, THEY APOLOGIZED TO ME for having a 2020 Toyota fail. Even though I didn't even buy it from them. So, the truck was repaired with a new alternator and serpentine belt and it was covered under warranty. No one from Autonation Honda called, texted, or cared outside of Vinh. I have purchased 8 cars from various Autonation dealerships, but this was the worst. Horrible service after the sale, and that's what sells cars. What it boils down to is: 1) Used car preparation was inadequate to catch the problem 2) The churn of used vehicles should not be treated as a function of numbers, and treat it as a business of people. 3) If someone from Autonation Honda would have simply started the conversation with , "I'm sorry" it would have gone a long way to calm fray nerves from just spending $30,000 on a 12 hour defective 2020 vehicle. Yes, it is under warranty Yes, it was free But, to have the sales team provide the path to have service not partake in the apologetic role of "let's get this right for you," is very disappointing.

I stopped in at AutoNation Honda Chandler to test drive the Pilot, Passport and CR-V. I'm going to be honest, I didn't intend to actually purchase a vehicle from a dealership. My car dealership experiences PRIOR to this one had been complete nightmares. My past experiences were pushing me towards Carvana, where I could have as little interaction with car sales employees and finance managers as possible. My intention quickly changed when we met Victor G. He approached us in a helpful manner, and I didn't feel he was trying to shove something at me that I didn't want. He made the experience all about what I wanted and what I needed. I decided I was in good hands and felt comfortable enough to purchase a Passport Elite right then and there. Had it not been for Victor's easy-going attitude and approach I would probably still be looking for a vehicle. As we proceeded to the finance department I remember getting nervous again, recalling my past purchase at Subaru brought back some minor finance PTSD. I was praying this finance experience would match Victor's excellent customer service. I was extremely relieved when we were paired with Dustin. He carried Victor's low-stress attitude and put our needs first. I am still shocked at how easy and stress-free the entire process was!! Besides my sales rep James, it was a very disappointing experience. 1. $350 to transfer a car where CarMax only charges $99. 2. Was told the car would arrive in a couple days. Arrived 2 weeks later 3. Was never updated on status and always had to inquire 4. Was told the Honda Certification was performed but still no evidence. Have asked for the certification at least 4 times and still hasn’t been received. Recalls are supposed to be taken care of as part of the certification. We had an appointment and went in to buy the car but when I found out recalls had to still be performed before certification could be complete, I had to make another appointment 2 days later. 5. 2 weeks after the sale, was called by the finance department they needed a copy of my drivers license. I said I would send it if I received a copy of the certification. I was sent a certification dated 2 weeks after I was told it was certified. However, none of the 180 point inspection boxes were checked. Still don’t know if it was certified or not. Not sending what they want until I receive what I need. Oh and Honda certified cars cost more. 6. Peter? The sales manger lacks execution of empathy and compassion. He really didn’t care about us as a customer. I look forward to corporate returning my request through email to discuss my experience.

After reservation, the customer service communication was excellent. I came in and immediately was shown the car that I liked, and did a test drive. I had a 11:40 service appt with Joe mainly because I needed an oil change. Up arrival, I was told joe was with a customer and should wait. I waited 10 minutes and got up to find out why I was still waiting. Then he appeared. I usually go to TEMPE Honda so hadn’t been to this facility for some time. I told him I had no idea but I definitely needed an oil change. He told me to wait in the lounge. About 15 min later he appeared and gave me some recommendations for more service. I agreed to some and told him I had a 2 pm appt. so needed to be done in time to get to that. About 1:30 I hadn’t heard anything so went to find him. I stopped and asked a salesman where to find him. He just pointed in the direction and said he couldn’t help because he was in sales. I found his office but he wasn’t in there. I went outside to see if someone could help then I saw he had returned. I knocked on the door, he didn’t t up so I just opened his door. I told him my name because he didn’t seem to recognize me. I reminded him that I had a 2 pm appt. He looked on his desk and my paperwork was there. He processed it but never apologized for the delay. I paid him and he said my car was out there, not even having it brought up. I felt like I was in the way and not like a customer. I will be returning to TEMPE Honda.

Our salesman, Michael Boehm, was great from start to finish. Knowledgable and communicative through the entire process. Smooth transaction and happy with our purchase. The only breakdown occurred when we got home with the new vehicle and discovered the back seat area had been abused by someone. Lots of stains and black marks on the ivory upholstery. The vehicle had more than 2,000 miles on it, so some manager must have been using it for family errands with small children in the back seat. Took it back to the dealership, and the service tech vowed to clean it up and re-detail the interior to make it right. Hoping this works out for the best. Otherwise, a good car-buying experience!

I came here to buy a used car. I have never bought a car from a dealership before so I was pretty nervous doing this. The salesman Brevin was very nice and made picking out the car super easy. However, the reason this review was given 2 stars was because of Annie, the CFS manager. She is the one who goes over all of the paper work with you and offers you the extended warranty on the car. I knew going into this I did not want that warranty for several reasons. Eventually, she offered it to me and I politely declined. She then proceeded to keep offering it to me after I said no several times. After about the third or fourth time I said no, her attitude changed. She gave me attitude the rest of the time I was with her and her demeanor changed drastically. My sister and I were both uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I understand why the warranty is important, I was in sales too (phone sales). However, whenever I offered a customer insurance on their new phone and they declined it, my attitude didn't change and I wasn't rude thereafter, its just common sense to not do that. NEXT, I wanted to have my loan through Desert Financial. I made that very clear to Annie and my salesman. It has been about two weeks since I bought the car and my bank and I have been wondering where all the loan paperwork is. Come to find out, ANNIE had changed my loan company to Capital One. This was done so without my consent and without me knowing about this. I was furious when I found this out and called multiple people at the dealership and no one could tell me why this happened. So I went down to the dealership and was told Annie signed me up with Capital One because they were offering a lower APR. This is great, however; why wasn't I notified or given a call? The financial lead Dillon told me she just FORGOT to call me because she's "new". I get that 100%, but its COMMON SENSE to call a customer regarding changes to their loan company. I love the car I got, but I will not be returning to this dealership.

I recently purchased a new Ridgeline from Corey C. at AutoNation chandler and it was the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. I filled out their online from and was greeted by a nice call from Corey, he was quickly able to find the vehicle I was looking for and set up an appointment for me to come check it out. When I arrived, he was waiting with the truck pulled up for me and showed me around, he was very knowledgeable about the different trims and was able to show me the others to compare. Once I made a choice the buying process was super quick/enjoyable, and I was able to leave within 30-40 mins. Tanner in finance was a rad dude with his bean bag toss game and we enjoyed our time together on the phone with my bank and the afterhours fraud squad. I ordered some OEM accessories and they were able to get them installed quickly after leaving the truck there for the weekend. Corey kept me updated through the whole process and messaged me when everything was ready. I also met up with Zach B #1 to take delivery of the vehicle (not the #2 Zach) and he was super pumped about the truck and showed me around. Feels like the only dealership that doesn’t force a whole list of unnecessary “dealer add-ons” like their security system, paint protect, and trim guard, which just add to your final price. They also don’t use your car as a mobile billboard by putting a decal on your new vehicle. I arrived early and decided to buy with cash. Yet it took almost 7 hours to purchase my vehicle. I was stalled and lied to about the amount of time it would take to complete my transaction. Once I left the dealership a low tire light came on and will not turn off. I called and they said to bring it to their service department without an appointment. I was staying approximately 37 miles away and didn’t have another 8 hours to wait for them to get around to fixing my problem. I would not recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone!

Not pushy at all, didn't add unnecessary things to my car I didn't want, and all the sales members are salaried instead of commission. So nice. I also got a AutoNation/Honda service package, and have really enjoyed their service. (I was a lil hesitant they were trying to get more money out of me during the sale, but it's seriously been awesome.) I like that we have assigned service personal before I even arrive, and they take you through the whole process and are very upfront. They've never fixed anything I wasn't already aware of, and never got some unexpected bill. They even replaced a tire for me even tho they had forgotten to write down the serial number on my last replacement and weren't sure if it was one they'd even placed. Appreciate they explain everything to me as well.

Went to AutoNation Honda Chandler to see what they would give me for a trade on my 2009 Accord Coupe. I was wanting to buy a used vehicle, but I had a strict monthly payment I didn’t want to go over. In dealing with Rich B he showed me older cars with way more miles than I had on my car and stated I wouldn’t be able to get much for my price range unless I leased. I have always stayed far away from leasing because of mileage restrictions and didn’t want to have a car I was afraid to drive for fear of exceeding the mileage. Rich went over the lease with me and after much consideration I realized I could get a brand new car with payments much cheaper than I could get a car 2–5 yrs old with many miles on. I hate dealerships. I don’t like dealing or negotiating price, but I must say I was treated very well at AutoNation and feel in the end I got a good deal. I think they could have given me a little more for my car, but I won’t get into that here. I was very pleased with my experience there at AutoNation Honda in Chandler.

We recently purchased two vehicles on 12/05/2020. Joseph Vasti, the Internet Sales Manager was amazing. We immediately fell in love with our 2019 Honda Pilot, so there really was no need to shop around, but when we mentioned we were also looking for an electric vehicle he went out of his way to find us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up having to return the second vehicle as it turned out not to suit our needs, so I greatly appreciated the 5 day return policy. Joseph Vasti is still helping us by keeping in touch whenever he finds an electric vehicle he thinks we'd be interested in. There was an issue with the camera on the Honda Pilot, and making a service request was pretty easy. I called and they responded within 24 hours. The process took too long. Not pleased with payment process. The warranty explanation process is misleading and tricky. The vehicle extended warranty plan was first reviewed by Oscar. We declined and then Dylan presented a lower priced plan and we think that was unprofessional. There should be one plan. Too much like buying a timeshare.

Our service tech, Robert Porter, at Autonation Honda in Chandler provided the best in customer service last week when we were having an issue with our CR-V. From the moment he walked up to our car window, he was friendly and took the time to really listen to what we had to say and what our concern was. He was very thorough in making sure he understood what we were experiencing and shared with us what he would explain to the mechanic as well as what time we could expect to hear from him. Leaving the dealership, we figured we wouldn't hear anything until the end of the day. But right on the dot, at 2:00 when he said he would contact us, my phone rang. The mechanic hadn't had the opportunity to figure out what was going on yet but Robert wanted to let us know that it was still on their list of priorities for the day. He also wanted to follow through on touching base with us at the exact time he told us he would! We were incredibly impressed. Within an hour, we got word from Robert again that the issue had been looked at and resolved and we could come pick our car up. When we arrived back at the dealership, Robert greeted us again and had a thorough explanation of what was going on and how it was fixed. He then went on to let us know that he was at our disposal should we need anything further at any time. I've never been so impressed with a service technician or a service department, as a whole, as I am with Robert and AutoNation Honda Chandler. I will never go anywhere else for my service. Just the very best in customer service and mechanic know-how!

Had to bring my car in to be serviced because I noticed oil slinging on the inside both of my front wheels and knew something wasn't right. It was a really busy afternoon with limited people working but we were helped by Byron Haggard who took care of us really well, listened to our concerns and made sure it'd be 100% covered by warranty. We were pleased with our buying experience overall. The car was as advertised and the sales rep was very congenial. Our transaction was quite transparent. My only criticism concerned the initial interest rate we were offered in financing our vehicle - our first offer was unacceptably high and after expressing my dissatisfaction a second offer came back that was much lower; something that, I feel, should have offered to begin with. I realize that it’s a business with a strong profit incentive but, as a customer, I don’t like feeling taken advantage of if, in fact, he business is committed to developing a strong feeling of loyalty among its customer base. Again, this is not a knock against our sales rep - he is doing his job as he is expected and he was thoroughly amenable from beginning to end.

We had to have a new fuel pump put in our SUV because of a recall. We didn't realize it would be an all day job and were planning to stay and wIt for it. I had a recall notice for my 2019 Honda Pilot. I called AutoNation Chandler and advised that I had notification of 2 recall items and they asked me when I wanted to bring it in for warranty service. We set a time and they told me to come in and see Wayne Haggard and he would take care of my warranty issues. I arrived on time and Wayne greeted me within a minute of my arrival. Wayne was courteous, informed me it would take approximately 2-2.25 hours and I waited in the waiting room. In 1 hour and 55 minutes Wayne notified me that the repairs were complete and I was ready to go. The Service was great, the waiting environment was comfortable and relaxing and I was back on the road sooner than I expected. I don't want to be all negative, so I will start with a positive. I had positive interaction with service advisor, sales, and service manager. But I am not happy with the work AutoNation Honda Chandler has provided me over the last year of service visits. The latest experience, I brought my car to diagnose suspension noises. The advisor said "we did an extensive evaluation" of the suspension and he and the tech drove it and did not hear anything. Although they did do the evaluation for free It was very suspicious that they couldn't hear the noise (take out your ear plugs) since I have a comprehensive warranty. Now the noise is getting worse. This and other shotty work and now I do not feel I can trust that they can do the work let alone be honest with me.

Great service this is the second car that we buy at AutoNation. I like the service given by Victor Gonzalez. Also the finance department was fast and they will show you the options but would not keep pushing if you say no. Overall great experience.

Our Sales person (Zach Palmer) was very good and informative, has a great way of keeping you involved plus is very personable. The Sales Manager Peter Cramer is very good at helping you work through the numbers. Neither one of these people were the typical sales pressure type people. Very professional.

After going to at least 5 other dealers in the greater Phoenix area, my wife and I were relieved to have found AutoNation Honda in Chandler. They were so easy to work with and were willing to give us an idea of price range before we showed up in person and spend hours there, unlike so many others. Am definitely recommending to those looking to buy a car! They also had a better selection than the other dealerships we dealt with.

Jacob worked hard to make this happen. We appreciated his diligence and work ethic. Twice we were leaving as lease prices were not where we wanted them and twice he helped get us back. He sought out his sales manager Sarah who was able to make this happen in no time flat at lease we wanted.

I have been going to AutoNation Honda to have my Honda CRV services since I moved to AZ two years ago. They are are always friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and bright with a large waiting area. All procedures on the car are as advertised and completed in the timeframe they tell me when I arrive. This is important to me since I have to wait till the car is ready. During Covid-19 I felt safe going there because masks are required and there is plenty of room to social distance

My wife and I upgraded from our Honda Clarity to the Honda Accord Hybrid. We first started our research via email and got great responses and information from Honda. When we finally made our selection, it was exactly what we wanted and the price was what we expected. The Honda team was not pressure and open to all of our requests and comments. The purchase and transfer of vehicles took about 90 minutes. Great service.

My service advisor, Archie was very professional. My Passport had 2 recalls and Archie explained what was to be done and how long it would take. I also had an error message “no audio connection” on the entertainment center, which he said he would look into. Archie texted me to advise me that the vehicle was completed and I could pick up my car. It was done in a timely fashion. Archie advised me again that everything was completed and what was done. He even had my car washed. Very good customer service! Thanks Archie !

I met my wife on the internet in the '90s. I've been trying buy a car online for decades, but have not been able to until I met Vinh Vo at AutonNation Chandler through Cars.com. Vinh Vo was the first salesman ever to negotiate an OTD price for the car, the value of the trade-in, and the APR of the loan all through email and phone. All other dealers and sales people throw ridiculous prices at you via email and try to coerce you to come down to the dealership. Not Vinh Vo at AutoNation. The car and paperwork were ready the moment I showed up at the dealership. I drove off the lot with my new car quickly, with 0 surprises, 0 games, and 0 issues.

To whom it may be help to be aware that the deceptive tactics that are at this dealer. Communication is virtually impossible with any upper management to get a clear answer. Prepaid services (oil changes)which was paid separate from any loan document and was not on a prorated anything just a flat amount of oil changes. I had 3 oil changes left and was never given any document , verbal conformation, nor did I get any info on any fees if I were to cancel prepaid oil changes. Today the sales rep said there are multiple fees that include 82.00 and then they send a check for 41.18, not a single ounce of any rep stating anything until today. No wonder multiple staff changes have occurred in the past few years many deceptive tactics at this dealer.
